A group of international criminals steal a large emerald from a heavily guarded Colombian mine and they plan to sell it on the black market. Unfortunately, the evil Dr. Igor is also manipulating other criminals, as well as the ones who stole the emerald, for his own benefit. Santo, a Mexican wrestler/Interpol agent works with the Colombian authorities in an attempt to recover the emerald and to stop Dr. Igor and his subordinates, as well.

5★STAR Grand Prix 2022 ~Championship Battle~ was a professional wrestling event promoted by World Wonder Ring Stardom, held on October 1, 2022 at Musashino Forest Sports Plaza in Chōfu, Tokyo, Japan. It served as the twentieth and last show for the company's annual round-robin singles tournament and included twelve matches from the field of 26 competitors, with the final match between the Red Stars and Blue Stars point leaders facing off in the main event for the trophy and crown.
