Faceless

A short horror film that follows Jamie (Kai Pahnke) who suffers from sleep deprivation while studying, and she begins to hallucinate faceless beings, ultimately leading to an unfortunate accident.

Getsel, a wandering Purim player, comes to a Galica village and gets a job with Reb Nuchem, the shoemaker. He falls in love with Esther, the shoemaker's daughter, but knows she is in love with a wandering circus player. However, Getzel is content in his work and dreams. Esther's father inherits a fortune and attempts to marry her to a man of his choice, but she flees with Getzel to Warsaw, where he meets and marries the circus player. Getzel returns to the village and is blamed for Esther's disappearance until she shows up and explains what happened. Getzel shoulders his pack and wanders on to another village.

Renee Unger (Kris Carr), a good wife and expectant mother, lives with her husband, Eric (Timothy Altmeyer), in a quiet Ohio town where there aren't many secrets. But everything changes when Eric's younger brother, Colson (Todd Swenson), recently released from prison after turning 21, comes to live with the family. Colson's strange behavior starts to unnerve Renee, while Eric clams up at any mention of why his brother was imprisoned. As the mystery deepens, so does Renee's sense of dread.

A man finally confronts the ominous knocking sound coming from the other side of his wall.

Rastus is an odd jobs man, that is he does odd jobs when he has to, but when there are a few small coins in his pocket he prefers to sleep. He is looking for a soft spot when the scene opens and the picturesque banks of a small stream attract his fancy. It is in the open sunlight, but a darkey likes warmth and he composes himself to take a nap. In his dreams he rises and makes his way down to the water from where there are always to be found cotton bales that make the finest sort of couches. But on his way along he passes a sailors' boarding house where men are being shipped for a long voyage. The trim sailor suits and the promise of good pay attract Rastus and almost before he knows it he has shipped for the cruise. He is outfitted at a slop shop, but already he is losing his nerve and he has to be driven on board by his captain. The ship is wrecked on the African east coast and Rastus is the sole survivor.
