When Shambhu is made the in-charge of a team to eradicate the use of tobacco, he finds himself in a sticky situation. This is because the new law curbs the society, making it difficult for working people from other states to survive. Naturally, many political parties try to take advantage of this situation. What happens next forms the story of Masala Republic.
