Shot in the aftermath of the 2010 Haiti earthquake, the documentary looks at what really happens with the money donated to help with disaster aid.

Rum gets a bad reputation, but real rum has been shaping the Caribbean since the 1600s. Rum's history is the story of Haitian rebels and Jewish refugees, which is also my story. Once on This Island is a one-act musical with a book and lyrics by Lynn Ahrens and music by Stephen Flaherty. Based on the 1985 novel My Love, My Love; or, The Peasant Girl by Rosa Guy, it is set in the French Antilles archipelago in the Caribbean Sea. It concerns a peasant girl on a tropical island, who uses the power of love to bring people together of different social classes.

Ze, a young bachelor who had lost faith in love. Encouraged by a friend, Ze decides to give love another chance and starts a new relationship with Abi, his colleague. As their romance unfolds, Abi captivates Ze, turning him into a hopeless romantic. However, their relationship takes an unexpected turn when they are confronted with a mysterious equation.

Adaptation of the Broadway musical. The story is set in the French Antilles in the Caribbean Sea and tells of a peasant girl who falls in love with an aristocrat. Against this backdrop, social class differences play out while the island gods wager a bet of what is stronger, love or death.

Bruce Brown's The Endless Summer is one of the first and most influential surf movies of all time. The film documents American surfers Mike Hynson and Robert August as they travel the world during California’s winter (which, back in 1965 was off-season for surfing) in search of the perfect wave and ultimately, an endless summer.

In this concert, a take-off on the play "A Chorus Line," comic Billy Crystal uses the premise of auditions for a Broadway musical to play various characters trying out for the parts.

Every evening, Eugène Fortin becomes Madame Simone, to the delight of club-goers around town. His flamboyant costumes, a pastiche of many styles, give him the look of a clown from the end of the last century. One day, Madame Simone hears a voice urging him to go to the Wigstock festival in New York: a gathering dear to both transvestites and wig fans.

Nobody gets turned on by lists of do’s and don’ts. We need different strategies to help change sexual behaviour in the age of AIDS. This tapes attempts to eroticize safer sex practices and latex use. Rather than using explicit porn, the signifiers become gestural and facial to create an aura of eroticism. The address is pluri-sexual, the audience, everyone.

Sexy black and white images are mixed with frank talk about sex, love, and girls, capturing that gritty space between what is politically correct and what takes your breath away.

How do girls learn about the hair that mysteriously appears on their bodies during puberty? This tape takes an irreverent look at the stereotyping that surrounds body hair for women. It mixes historical research, a little personal testimony, ad-copy, and the voices of “hair experts” to create an informed analysis. Body Hair closes, in time-honoured feminist documentary style, with a radical call to action.

The Ritual to Beauty is a mixed media piece integrating the stylization of documentary and spoken word. Inspired by Shenny’s one-woman show “What Happens to Brown Girls Who Never Learn How to Love Themselves Brown?”, this piece invites you to witness the meaning of beauty through three generations of Dominican women. The grandmother, the mother, and the daughter. In learning about the ritual to beauty that was passed down to each woman, there is a pain buried deep in the denial of their blackness. It is only through the secret voice in the water, that the daughter is able to release herself from a pain she’s been holding onto since she was born. By forgiving herself and the women before her, will she finally see just how beautiful she is when she’s free?
