This set picks up from where Mickey Mouse in Living Color, Volume One leaves off. This was one of the few "Treasures" sets released abroad, as well as in the United States, on 4 April 2005. Like the first volume, it was retitled Mickey Mouse in Living Colour in the UK due to differences with British English and American English.

Kaibutsu-kun's father, the Great Monster King, suddenly complains of pain in his chest and collapses. It turns out that the rival Demon King has placed a curse on him with the "Demon Sword". Kaibutsu-kun and his three companions head into enemy territory, Demon Land. Prince Demokin, the son of the Great Demon King, appears. Out of curiosity, he invites the monsters to the temple where the demon sword is located.

Kaibutsu Taro, also known as Kaibutsu-kun, the prince of Monster Land. Hiroshi-kun, a human boy who is close to him, takes advantage of winter vacation to head to Kaibutsu-kun's hometown, Monster Land. However, humans are strictly prohibited from visiting Monster Land, and Hiroshi-kun, who breaks the rules, is turned into stone by the power of the eyes of Kaibutsu-kun's father, the Monster King! Kaibutsu-kun goes to retrieve the secret medicine "Flower of Life" in order to restore Hiroshi-kun to his normal state. But that flower...

Scissors is a hand drawn animated short created by artist and CalArts animation student Daron Nefcy. The film is about a girl working a boring job who decides, though a dream, to take that step into the outside.

This generous collection includes 46 of the 48 shorts that starred Goofy between 1939 and 1961 (but none of the great Mickey-Donald-Goofy films from the mid-'30s). The "How to Ride a Horse" sequence in The Reluctant Dragon (1941) set the pattern for many of these cartoons. An elegant narrator (artist John Ployardt) explains a sport that Goofy attempts to demonstrate. The character that animator Art Babbitt described in a 1935 lecture (quoted in the DVD bonus material) as an easygoing dimbulb gave way to an enthusiastic but spectacularly maladroit figure. One of the funniest entries in the series, "Hockey Homicide," contains several studio in-jokes: dueling stars Icebox Bertino and Fearless Ferguson, and referee Clean-Game Kinney are named for artists Al Bertino, Norm Ferguson, and director Jack Kinney.

After being evicted from their old house by Tom's owner for causing major damage, cat and mouse Tom and Jerry enter a race entitled the "Fabulous Super Race" to win a mansion.

A half hour animated film for all the family based on the much-loved book written by Julia Donaldson and illustrated by Axel Scheffler. The Snail and the Whale is the much loved classic that shows us a restless young snail who has ambitions to travel the world. The other snails think she should stay put, but she puts out a call for a “Lift wanted around the world”. Eventually her call is answered by a great big grey-blue humpback whale! She sets off with him across the seas. On their journey the snail and the whale discover towering icebergs and far-off lands, fiery mountains and golden sands. The snail is delighted by the wonderful world around her, until she realises how small it makes her feel.

It follows the adventures of a young kitten, named Caleb, who learns what it means to be a hero, and that sometimes there are adventures you are not ready for. However, accompanied by a sly thieving fox, a quick-witted kirin, and a song loving bunny, he will learn that with friends even the most impossible tasks can be easily overcome.

To the tune "I Would Like to Be a Bird," a young mouse fashions wings from a pair of leaves, to the great amusement of his brothers when his attempts to use them fail. When the butterfly he rescues from a spider proves to be a fairy, he wishes for wings. But his bat-like appearance doesn't fit in with either the birds or the other mice, and he finds himself friendless; even the bats make fun of him. Written by Jon Reeves

A group of moths invades a costume shop through a badly plugged hole in a window and makes quick work of the contents. A male moth ignores his lady to chow down on a hat and she's soon seduced by a candle flame, which rapidly spreads. He notices her trapped in a spider web with the fire attacking and makes some attempts to save her, but pours benzene on the fire by mistake. The rest of the moths are summoned, and they fight the fire with water-filled bagpipes, an air drop with a water-filled funnel, etc., while our hero works to free his lady from the spider web.

Disney Legend Sterling Holloway narrates this classic animated short. A mix-up by Mr. Stork finds a little lion cub in the care of a gentle flock of sheep. Doted on by his mother, but teased by the other lambs, Lambert soon grows to become a massive lion, but as shy and gentle as the ewe who raised him. When a hungry wolf begins to stalk the herd, will Lambert find the courage to protect his mama?
