The perverted serial killer who shook the world, "Shinagawa Piero," has been arrested. The killer turns out to be a 20-year-old woman! A boy, seeking to find his murdered father's missing head, writes a letter to her in prison under the name of Arata, a child welfare center worker who was counseling him. To fulfill the boy's request, Arata meets her, but when she realizes Arata did not write the letter, he abruptly proposes marriage to her to capture her interest.

The film is made in the Dogme95 tradition, so no costumes, no lighting, no props or sets, which gives the film a gritty texture appropriate to the story.

The Gamblers

Since they met the first time in boarding school as little kids, it was obvious that the orphans Kay and Dave would become a couple. But at sixteen, Dave foolishly attempted to rob a bank with a water pistol, and ended up in jail for eight years. Meanwhile Kay was sent to foster parents, where she met the successful business man Mike, whom she married and bore two kids.
