The mysterious Count Orlok summons Thomas Hutter to his remote Transylvanian castle in the mountains. The eerie Orlok seeks to buy a house near Hutter and his wife, Ellen. Bronson Pinchot does a nice job imitating Stan Laurel and Gailard Sartain gives a good appearance as Oliver Hardy, but the imitation does not extend to the original duo's comedy. The silly story line finds the two trying to protect a professor's daughter from a mummy that has been re-born
