A band of female police cadets train to join the Hollywood vice squad. The toothsome rookies are assigned to infiltrate a kiddy porn operation, then must go undercover and join a prostitution ring run by Queen Bee.

When a criminal female named Spanish Fly threatens to contaminate the city water with aphrodisiacs, it is up to a duo of attractive female police officers to stop her.

Sally runs a mobile "pirate" radio station--which she operates from her van--where, in her sexy and sultry voice, she encourages her listeners (mostly teenagers) to use the music she plays "to ball by". She also takes calls from her listeners and even offers herself as a prize in a contest. Her show is so popular it winds up "turning on" large numbers of the local population. The authorities, of course, can't allow that to happen, so they send out the cops to find her and shut her down.

A servant falls in love with a girl whom his master also desires. Although the girl loves the servant, she also longs to improve her station in life.

Adapted from the manga of the same name by Hisashi Eguchi, and directed by Minoru Kawasaki and Rintaro, this is a series of random skits featuring anime, live action, and puppet show segments, exploring love, sex, death and many other sometimes controversial subjects.
