A young unemployed man fends off accusations of laziness and makes a home for his pregnant girlfriend who has been rejected by her family.

Inspector Rizzo in Napoli gets a message from a policeman from South Africa who wants to meet him. Immediately before this meeting the South African policeman is killed. Dying he shows Rizzo a picture of his young son Bodo. Rizzo travels to Johannesburg to find out what the policeman was working on and to find Bodo.

The story takes place in Equatorial Guinea, where Mr. Cuchillas leads a mafia gang that takes care of dirty business. Even a shoe shine will come to him, in search of a more profitable job.
