Ajay (Mithun Chakraborty) and Amar (Ayub Khan) were separated from their sister (Simran) and dad at a young age. After having completed his master's with honors, multi-millionaire Shekhar Verma decides to travel to Rambagh, Poona, to work incognito in his dad's friend's, Shankar Saxena's office.
