Masako, the young lady of the family estate, returning from overseas following the death of her diplomat father. When the family lawyer informs the gathered masses that it is Masako who is the legal inheritor of the entire estate, her elder sister Sumie and fiance Shinjiro join Tomoko and Goro in hacking up the unfortunate heiress with an axe. It is not long before the assorted pieces of Masako begin cropping up to drive them all insane, followed by her apparition in the traditional white smock with eyes peering wildly through straggly black hair.

Now he works on the island as a landmine remover. One day, his coworker, Junichi, steps on a landmine and dies. A few days later. Yoshii and his boss, Takahashi, go to Junichi’s apartment to give their condolences. When they get to the apartment, Yoshii is surprised when Junichi’s wife greets them-it’s Mikayo. After the incident with Junichi, Yoshii decides to quit his job as a landmine remover and begins to spend his days next to a cave, fishing. One day Yoshi takes out an old paper from his belongings; the paper fugitive warrant, and on the warrant is a photo of Mikayo.

Junko Furuta, a female 17 year old high school student, was kidnapped and confined in a house by four other male high school students (all juvenile) in the Ayase district of Adachi-ku, Tokyo, where she was repeatedly raped, sexually humiliated and tortured in an extremely brutish manner for 41 days before she finally died after a particularly severe beating. The boys hid her body in a drum and filled it with concrete, but the body was nonetheless discovered a few months later.
