Hello there! What are you doing for Christmas? Do you know what Fantorangen is doing? He's going to be in the barn with Eddie and all the animals. It's going to be a wonderful Christmas! The goat will get to taste doughnuts, the horse will sing Christmas carols with Fantorangen, and the hen will learn to walk around the Christmas tree. Well, almost, anyway. The cow will get a Christmas tree in her stall, and Fantorangen and Eddie will make porridge for the barn elf. And on New Year's Eve, they will pop popcorn for all the animals. In addition, Fantorangen will unwrap gifts with music videos and other fun clips. There's so much to look forward to!

The gang has a taxi, consisting of an old Model T with no engine, pushed by a horse. When the owner takes his horse back, they must rely on motorists to tow them to the top of the hill so they can coast down. Little Farina borrows the car and it runs out of control all over town, causing mayhem everywhere it goes.

A laundry man parks his horse-drawn cart to make a delivery. While he is inside, his horse sees a bag of oats and starts to eat them. By the time the man comes back outside, the horse has eaten a whole bag of oats, and has so much energy that he begins to race out of control.

Due to a broken getaway car, three Russian jewel thieves are forced to take shelter in an empty Viennese coffee house. They knock out the waiter and call their fourth accomplice. A flea befriends a horsefly, who has hooves like those of a horse, and rides the horsefly into the hair of a dog. The flea chops down strands of the dog's hair to use as "logs" with which to build a cabin, unaware that the dog's coat is the sacred territory of a tribe of Indian fleas, who declare war on the interlopers. The Indians capture and are about to burn the flea and the horsefly when the dog jolts in pain from the fire. The flea and the horsefly free themselves and flee the Indians through the hairs on the dog's carcass.

J.T. A boy falls in love with a horse named Flash that's for sale. He gets a job to earn the money to buy the horse, but he's forced to sell when the family falls upon hard times.

Lum Edwards is annoyed with his partner in Pine Ridge's Jot-'em-Down general store, Abner Peabody, because Abner has swapped their delivery car for a racehorse. Lum, meanwhile, is too timid to propose to Geraldine.
