Mitch Robbins' 40th birthday begins quite well until he returns home and finds his brother Glen, the black sheep of the family, in his sofa. Together with Phil and unfortunately Glen he tries to find the hidden gold of Curly's father in the desert of Arizona.

It ends with Benny, Kjeld, Borge and Yvonne sitting in the train back to Copenhagen, were they are overtaken by Egon in his car on the road next to the track. This is the last time the Olsen gang goes to Jutland.

The story revolves around a mystical indigenous goblin called "Kuttichathan" who is under the spell of an evil sorcerer; however, it gets released by three children and then befriends them.
