The world is full of fascination and obsessions. Different people have different desires and goals in life. For some its power, for some its money, for some its someone and for some its plain crazy love.The real question is that to what level can one rise or fall for his/her dream or aspirations. Mirza Juuliet is the story of such strong emotions like love, hatred, lust, trust, friendship, deceit, manipulation and above all a mixed confusion of all these emotions.

An enigmatic tale of four people whose lives are intertwined by destiny are subject to the laws of fate. They discover that luck is something they cannot afford to be without as they gamble with the highest stakes possible in a deadly game from which only one of them will emerge intact.

This film begins with the invocation of 'almighty god' at a river where several people are gathered. The child god Krishna rises out of the water astride the demon snake Kaliya. Then we see Yashoda as she rocks the sleeping Krishna's crib and imagines the god as Gopala. The next scene shows Kamsa fantasizing about Krishna threateningly duplicated many times around him. Kamsa then imagines himself dead as his severed head rises up and descends again. People of all castes pay obeisance to the deity with the title-card: 'may this humble offering be accepted by the Lord'.

Andreas, a young German student comes to Hungary on an exchange programme. In the Hungarian village he falls in love with the stationmaster's daughter Piroschka and spends much of his time with her. They have an enchanting summer until Andreas gets an invitation to join another young woman at a nearby resort. Piroschka is jealous and follows him there, causing trouble. It takes a long time for Andreas and Piroschka to even talk to each other again. When Andreas has to leave Hungary at the end of his holiday, he is determined to return some day.

Shiva travels to the city to earn money for his sister Kusum's marriage. He meets Shakti and they become friends. When Kusum gets pregnant with Shakti's child, Shiva vows to murder him.
