El Santo and Blue Demon are called in to help when their friend Alicia becomes Dr. Frankenstein's next target. It'll take both heroes to go up against the dastardly doctor and go mano a mano with his super strong zombie Golem.

Santo must investigate a secret conspiracy involving a spy training camp, a brainwashing plot, and a kidnapped Nazi scientist.

Calpuina is a night-watchman in a wharehouse, a perfect job for him. When some thieves break in and steal some crates, El Santo is after them because they are using the wharehouse for diamond smuggling. Capulina hinders their capture. Then he decides that he will put on a wrestler's mask and help El Santo to caputre the crooks.

Santo and Jorge Rivero team-up to stop an international syndicate from stealing Mexico's greatest treasure.
