At the end of the 21st century, the world is plagued by a mysterious virus and unusual weather. Genius scientist Dr. Kisaragi creates an android with the code name “Cutie Honey” (Mariya Nishiuchi). The android is unique in that it possesses human emotions. To save mankind, Cutie Honey goes up against an evil organization.

The mysterious three-faced insectoid being, Violenjiger dispatches the nine "Great Decepticon Generals" to acquire "Zone Energy", destroying the planet Feminia to obtain the world's store, and search for the powerful Zodiac.

In a small fishing village, a gloomy middle school student named Kai meets a mermaid named Lu.

Set in an alternative timeline to the manga and animated TV series, the movie features a classic Cinderella story told through the medium of '80s dance. Tsukushi Makino is a trainee dancer in a New York Performance group, struggling to become the star of the show with the help of Rui Hanazawa and Tsukasa Dōmyōji.
