Sylvester Cat and his orange feline friend, Sam, are rummaging through trash cans for food in the evening on a waterfront when they spot a mouse. They agree to share the little rodent for breakfast the next morning, while during the night each tries to snag the mouse for himself.

After losing their academic posts at a prestigious university, a team of parapsychologists goes into business as proton-pack-toting "ghostbusters" who exterminate ghouls, hobgoblins and supernatural pests of all stripes. An ad campaign pays off when a knockout cellist hires the squad to purge her swanky digs of demons that appear to be living in her refrigerator.

Through the use of a Time Machine, Casper the Friendly Ghost gets transported back in time, In the stone-age, Casper frightens cave-men and women. Robert Fulton's steamboat makes a successful first trip when Casper's ghostly form frightens it into action. Casper assists Paul Revere on his famous ride when Revere's horse, frightened by Casper, ceases to balk and breaks into a gallop. George Washington, crossing the Delaware River, is sped up by Casper's appearance, and Casper becomes a hero by besting the British Redcoats.

After Darby Harper suffered a near-death experience as a child, she gained the ability to see ghosts. To combat the existential boredom of high school, she runs a side business counseling local spirits in her spare time. When an unexpected occurrence happens between Darby and Capri, the most popular girl at her high school, Darby reluctantly agrees to help her and in the process learns how to fit in with the living world again.

Sylvester's carnivorous pursuit of Tweety Bird continues, winding up the cat's spirit in Hell, where he meets a satanic bulldog.

Sylvester Cat accepts a position as mouse-catcher on a ship, and his son, Junior, accompanies him. They encounter baby kangaroo Hippety Hopper being shipped from Australia and, as usual, mistake Hippety for a giant mouse.

Barney, outraged by his neighbor William Wildcat spanking his son, borrows the lad to try applying child psychology. But the boy's grasp of psychology (and explosives) is much better than Barney's.

A drunken stork delivers a baby mouse to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Cat. Sylvester is about to eat the little rodent when it calls him Daddy. Touched, Sylvester adopts the mouse as his son - which, distressingly, attracts every hungry cat in the neighborhood to his door!

Casper, the Friendly Ghost, travels south of the border down Mexico way. He comes upon a baby bull, who is attempting to imitate his father, a hero of the bull-ring. Casper trains the calf in the art of bull-fighting. When papa bull becomes incapacitated in the bull-ring and is in danger of being killed by the matador, the son, with Casper's help, charges into the ring and bests the bullfighter.

Casper the Friendly Ghost helps Spunky the Donkey find a useful job.

Casper the Friendly Ghost goes to Ireland, where he meets Billy, a young boy whose widowed mother is about to be evicted my a miserly landlord. Billy thinks Casper is a leprechaun and demands a crock of gold. Casper can only come up with gold-painted eggs, golden corn and gold fish. But when the landlord arrives and sees Casper, he runs away, and Casper gives the miser's gold to the boy.

Sylvester Cat pays a visit to a closed-to-business circus and finds Tweety Bird in one of the cages. Tweety escapes and a mad chase ensues. Meanwhile, Sylvester must flee from an uncaged lion he angered earlier.

With their freedom on the line, the Looney Tunes seek the help of NBA superstar Michael Jordon to win a basketball game against a team of moronic aliens.
