Best Friends Forever (BFF) is the 16th year anniversary presentation of Star Cinema starring the Megastar Sharon Cuneta and the Comedy Queen Ai Ai delas Alas. Sharon and Ai Ai will be playing as best friends in this comedy film helmed by box-office director Wenn Deramas of Tanging Ina and Ang Tanging Ina N’yong Lahat.

With detailed assistance from a self-help book -- written by a self-described love guru (Jolina Magdangal) -- Denise (Jennylyn Mercado), a hopeless romantic, finally manages to catch the attention of the man she's had her eye on forever (Mike Tan). But once she has what she thinks she wants, Denise begins to wonder whether she actually had Mr. Right all along -- her best friend, Caloy (Mark Herras), who's secretly in love with her.

Misunderstood by their families, buddies Boy and Andoy run away to start a new life and end up switching places with a pair of look-alikes. Just as the two pals make their getaway, twins Mao and Dao flee their city to escape arranged marriages.
