Croak x Croak

During the filming of the Russian VID (ВИD) logo, a group of red squares attempt to rebel against being used for the logo and kill ВИD with a single spear.

Set during the Meiji reformation era in a small village in Kyushu, Japan. The story revolves around a young boy named Izana and a blind woman named Takiri, the two encounter the large monster Nebula who since ancient times was feared as the god of lake Amenosagiri. Theme of the film focuses on the Japanese concept of light and darkness, as told by puppetry and model miniaturization of the films’ world with practical special effects by Keizo Murase.

The short film “HOPE” is about the journey of a new born baby sea turtle named Aqua. During his journey, he faces many obstacles from human pollution to different predators. Using his mind and courage he over comes one obstacle after the other, until he reaches his final destination. Just before he enters the sea, he witnesses a life changing scene, that he bravely over comes and grows as a character.

It's excitement all round when a wedding invitation arrives and the Pingu family make their way to the gathering. However things do not go quite as planned with an absentee groom, a new arrival and the havoc wreaked by a damaged gift.
