Emanuelle returns to Kenya, trying to get an interview with a foreign gangster who's taken refuge in the African countryside while still operating an international criminal network.

As Carlo begins to hallucinate all kinds of bloody horrors and cannibalistic doings, he decides he has to break free and kill Emanuelle.

Despite their kind intentions, Feriha has another agenda. Having seized all of Muammer Bey's assets, Feriha will also try to get her hands on Refik.
