As the plague decimates medieval Europe, rumours circulate of a village immune from the plague. There is talk of a necromancer who leads the village and is able to raise the dead. Joe Armstrong, an orphaned drifter with little respect for much other than martial arts, finds himself on an American Army base in The Philippines after a judge gives him a choice of enlistment or prison. The competition between Hamtaro and the captain consists of running, skiing, Formula car racing and others. Can Hamtaro win the Grand Prix and save Bijou?
