Brought on by popularity for the series, this DVD Special feats. two half-hour side stories that take place during the events of the show. Both stories appear to take place just after episode 20, the first episode of the Helheim Saga. The Kamen Rider Zangetsu side story begins with Takatora telling Kota about the truth behind Helheim. While a childhood friend pays Takatora a visit, a mysterious Kamen Rider that has control over cracks begins to hunt down Yggdrasill’s forces. The Kamen Rider Baron side story begins with Kaito seeking out the Overlords for Professor Ryoma. A prince visits Zawame and when he finds out that Kaito looks exactly like him, he decides to forcefully switch lives, resulting in conflict.

The final live stageshow of Kamen Rider Zi-O, taking place after the Over Quartzer film. The sudden appearance of a Red Woz and Tsukuyomi declaring herself Queen of Time sends Zi-O and Geiz reeling as they discover even more RideWatches than they thought existed...

A special Garo episode, with the Garo production team collaborating with New Japan Pro Wrestling to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Garo franchise. Utsusemimaru returned from beach in dismay due to seeing women in swimsuits. Returning to the Spirit Base, Daigo prepared an indoor beach for Utchi to have fun together. Later, they find Nobuharu tamed by the two festival-themed Debo monsters. Daigo first used the Allomerus Zyudenchi and the Ovirapoo Zyudenchi, then Utchi used the Igaranodon Zyudenchi with an old man gag, which Daigo enjoys.

Five flashy Roidmudes seem to be causing a “thick air” event, and when Shinnosuke goes to investigate, turns out the problem was being caused by a yokai. After arresting the red one, Shinnosuke starts interrogating. He claims to be a ninja fighting yokai and that he’ll show Shinnosuke. While this uneven pair squabble, Kyuemon Izayoi and the Roidmudes were putting a terrible plan in progress.
