In March 2020, an ambitious tabloid reporter cooped up in quarantine must look into rumors of leaked UFO documents to keep her job, but she gets swept up in a conspiracy that could make or break her career.

When a foster home placed teenage rebel suspects that her father is not dead but kidnapped by UFOs, she takes help from a UFO association to find out the truth. Together, they embark on a risky adventure that takes them far beyond the laws borders and into a world filled with UFO expeditions, conspiracies and inexplicable phenomena.

Hot aerial sequences accelerate the excitement in "Blue Tornado." So on his own reconnaissance, the defiant Alex hazards a final desperate search for his missing friend, discovering the secrets shrouded on the forbidden mountain!

1984: Scientists and a group of cultists discover intelligent beings in space. The initial effects of their alien biological order are terrible. The doctors are at a loss. But despite increased security measures, life still goes on. "Beings from another star? - That's ridiculous!" The show must go on. Tina, who painfully remembers her last love, is brought to her senses by the cool, blonde Doris. Now it's time to take a deep breath. Strangely, the flowers in the window box have withered. Fluorescent stones glitter instead and are picked up hypnotized. The UFOS break through the earth's atmosphere. People are carried off by rays of aggression.

The movie starts off with Ryotsu (with Honda as his patsy) hatching another crackpot scam with a fake UFO sighting (via fake crop circles and a wire-hanging UFO). But the plan fails per usual, with the Kameari Park Police Box which results in Ohara punishes Ryotsu by subtracting him from the station's group vacation to Hawaii the following day.
