The tendency in the world is right-wing, neo-liberal, and people are more controlled. We have less liberty even if we think we have more. The last territory where we can be ourselves and where we can have full freedom is our own body. The documentary "BARE" focuses on male nudity in the modern dance. The story follows a well-known Belgian choreographer Thierry Smits through a process of building his new creation with a group of male dancers performing bare naked.

Journey with the musicians of the Berlin Philharmonic and their conductor Sir Simon Rattle on a breakneck concert tour of six metropolises across Asia: Beijing, Seoul, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Taipei and Tokyo. Leon Gast's musical documentary reveals New York City's Latin culture and features live performances of salsa greats The Fania All Stars and The Spanish Speaking People of New York. A document of urban American Hispanic culture, Gast's film captures the rhythms of New York's Spanish Harlem, from illegal cockfights and Santeria rituals to the rooftops and backstreets of El Barrio and the legendary musicians performing at the Cheetah club.

Andrea and Krisztina Marics are 28-year-old identical twins with a teaching degree that have lived together since birth. They work together at a touring circus, doing joint artistic performances. After a long circus tour abroad, Andrea leaves the close relationship and ends their work together. She feels that she can succeed on her own. Krisztina still lives and works in the circus but struggles to find her place there without Andrea. After the winter tour, Krisztina has to decide if she stays at home with her sister or continues the life of a wanderer.

Dance and prostitution play the same role for Cristhian’s body. Virtuosity, desire, technique, and sex intertwine, granting coherence to a way of life that offers many answers to few questions. A leitmotiv that reconciles opposites and contradictions. Answers that are sometimes painful, like all truths.

From Henry Chalfant, the director genre defining documentary Style Wars, comes what was intended to be the first installment in a regular television series on New York's bludgeoning hip-hop culture, with a specific focus on graffiti. Funding fell through but the material was just to good be left to languish. Chalfant put together what he had and, like Style Wars, it continues to stand as a document of a culture in blossom.

High-stepping, fast-paced dance standards flow throughout this aerobic workout tape from Parade video. Follow along with the All-American girls, who hoof their way into peak physical condition. Dance routines include the Robocop, Go-Go, Steppin' and just Hanging Out. While the steps are intense, there is a beginner level to warm-up before kicking it into high gear with the more advanced versions. This 30-minute workout takes the boredom out of getting into shape, by taking the viewer outside the gym and puts them into the dance halls. The results are a great mix of new age performing arts and conventional exercising.

Considered one of the most influential dancers of all time, Angel Vianna marked her name in history after founding the Klauss Vianna School with her husband. Taking the lead of the project, she created her own dance style, mixing body expression with classical ballet, and soon afterwards formed a transformation to dance in a course that has postgraduate lato sensu. Today, at the age of 90, she struggles to remain active and exercise her greatest passion.
