Suzanne's life was turned upside down when a Bigfoot ran across the road in front of her one night. As she tries to understand what she's seen the creature arrives at her doorstep and sends her into a downward spiral looking for answers.

"CIVIL WAR SURVEILLANCE POEMS (Part 1)" is the first installment in a five-part project of experimental and hybrid-form short films contemplating a second American civil war via lyrical nonfiction, mixing call-in radio, twenty years of verité footage from the filmmaker's archive, and robots. Conceptually speculating from sixteen years in the future (and a protracted civil war), the project is partly nostalgic political travelogue, partly a quest to mine the archive for what went wrong, and part prewar surveillance records, the project deconstructs and builds to a clashing ideology, culminating in an installation of sound sculpture, four-walled video and artifacts.

Ma Nan and Xiaoyu are a couple who have been in love for many years. Ma Nan bought a property in the suburbs, just in time for Xiaoyu's birthday. So he called his colleagues and friends and the party was held in a cheerful atmosphere. Next door to Ma Nan's house lived a couple who often quarreled. The unusually loud noise aroused the curiosity of party-goers. They went next door together to find out, but unexpectedly found a terrifying and bloody murder scene. The apartment, which was originally sparsely populated, seems to have turned into a huge haunted house. Flickering lights, shrill screams, and maddened murders. Shot by a reported “1,001 Syrians” according to the filmmakers, SILVERED WATER, SYRIA SELF-PORTRAIT impressionistically documents the destruction and atrocities of the civil war through a combination of eye-witness accounts shot on mobile phones and posted to the internet, and footage shot by Bedirxan during the siege of Homs. Inquiring with the locals about the protagonists of the video, they encounter a local expert on supernatural phenomena and learn about a ritual of summoning an ancient demon, naprata. Wanting to capture the first authentic footage of something otherworldly, they change their plans. Excited by the prospective success of the recording, they defy the old saying that "it's better to believe than to be convinced."

El proyecto del Pitufo Enrique is a document about the existence of a mysterious goblin from the province of Catamarca. During the filming of the movie there were some tragic incidents, such as the disappearance of six people or the violent deaths of another three. Some of these incidents were registered on video but couldn't see the light because of the ongoing legal battle between the director and the victim's families opposing its screening. On the contrary, Elvira Serio director of the movie, thinks that what is on the tape could be of great help shedding some light over all the mysteries around this thread. She hopes that her work can serve as a warning as well to all the residents and tourists who often visit that place.
