Behind Armand, his wife, a former RTBF announcer, commits suicide by hitting herself with hot potatoes. Scene 2,347, sublime landscape of Flanders Armand can't take it anymore: will he choose the position of deputy for the Vlaamse Blok or that of puppeteer subsidized by the CUCF? No one can say.

The investigators are unable to find the dog and decide to hand over another dog similar to the client. One goes to the hotel to deliver the fake dog dancer after changing his shape to become the same as the missing dog. In the hotel unexpected events occur, so the young man can discover a gang consisting of some of the hotel staff specialized in stealing money. The young man masquerades and searches for this gang and the events follow.

The banker (Sharafnat) becomes Khan, an Indian man who specializes in reading the horoscope, and later joined by Samia Hanem the dancer (Samia Jamal).
