In order to foil a terrorist plot, an FBI agent undergoes facial transplant surgery and assumes the identity of a criminal mastermind. The plan turns sour when the criminal wakes up prematurely and seeks revenge.

This film is about two outlaws that come head to head. Kamil is the famed outlaw of the town. He plans to skip the town with his lover Nesrin, and get rid of his outlaw ways. But someone else is doing their best to make the two outlaws fight one another
