Based on THE DEEP by Mickey Spillane, the film tells the story of a tough guy, who returns to his old neighborhood to avenge the murder of his childhood partner in crime.

Kenan acts tough with his two friends. He collects protection money from nightclubs by force. His girlfriend Nesrin wants Kenan to quit his job. At first, Kenan refuses. However, when one of his friends dies in his arms during a fight, he repents. He marries Nesrin and they have a child. He makes a living as a taxi driver. One night, his close friend Selim comes to his house injured. Before he can explain what happened, he dies. The next day, men seeking Selim's money kill Nesrin and her son. Kenan breaks his vow and sets out to avenge his family.

Kemal, who had previously lived in England for a while, is assigned to gather intelligence. Kemal replaces a British officer who has just been appointed to Istanbul. While spying, he falls in love with Elizabeth, the daughter of a British general he meets.

Captain Ayyıldız is an agent belonging to the Turkish National Security Agency. He constantly thwarts the actions of the enemy under Dr. Wong's command. For this reason, Wong plans to seize the secret projects of the weapon and kill Ayyıldız. To this end, he brings in Jan Kempten from abroad to assist his agents Boris and Tamara. Boris succeeds in kidnapping the daughter of the professor who developed the weapon. However, Ayyıldız will have no difficulty in locating Wong and his team.

After the wars at the beginning of the 20th century, borders are redrawn. Turks living in regions outside Turkey face great oppression. Ali lives in one of these regions. Law enforcement agencies exert pressure on the Turks living in the village. The Turks pay their taxes by working in the fields. However, the state is also trying to take the land from the Turks. Ali wants to incite the people to revolt against this situation. However, there are informants working on behalf of the state among the Turks.

Major Kemal is the aide-de-camp to Halil Pasha, the Minister of War. One day, Pasha's daughter Şükran and her friends play a prank on him. Kemal and Şükran meet because of this prank and eventually fall in love. Şükran and Kemal promise to love each other as long as the lamp at Yeşil Köşk burns. However, Interior Minister Osman Pasha wants to marry Şükran to his son. When Kemal learns of this, he leaves for the Arabian Peninsula to join the Yemen War, which has just broken out.

Several murders are committed in Istanbul within a week. Some of the victims are individuals who were under surveillance by the National Security Agency. These individuals, who are members of the Mirak Organization, an international anarchist gang, take many clues with them. The Security Agency discovers that the gang is working on a secret project. While trying to protect Selma from the men chasing her, he learns a secret code that Selma knows. Recai, who is fleeing the police, will also try to decipher the code.

Kemal works as an electrician in a factory. The owner of the factory, Süleyman Bey, is murdered. Due to a conspiracy hatched by Süleyman Bey's wife, the murder is pinned on Kemal. Kemal is arrested and sent to prison. Süleyman Bey's wife and lover try to get rid of Kemal to prevent the murder from being exposed. Kemal, however, will do everything in his power to prove his innocence.

Corporal Muhsin is a sharp shooter who previously fought in the Balkan War. When mobilization is declared again, he joins the war alongside his brother Hasan. The two brothers support each other in the fight against the enemy.

Hasan (İbrahim Tatlıses) decides to go to Saudi Arabia to buy toys for his kids. He asks for help from his boss but his boss wants him to accept the murder that his son did.

Necmi, who happens to be a witness to the murder, sets out to track down the killer.
