A strange man named Kougane starts sending locusts to other Armored Riders, consuming them, leaving their Lockseeds intact in order to revive his Golden Lockseed. Along with a strange youth named Lapis who seems to have a relation to the new world, will the Beat Riders be able to stop him?

A series of Internet and cellphone spin-off films associated with the theatrical movie "Kamen Rider Decade: All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker". Thirty of these short films were made, taking place in the "World of Net", with the first aired on July 17, 2009.
