"Xuxa 20 anos" is a special produced by Rede Globo in honor of the 20th anniversary of the debut of presenter Xuxa Meneghel on the channel. The special was shown on October 14, 2006, and later released on DVD.

It is the sixth "visual album" of her career, and until then the only one in Spanish. This album marks Xuxa's return to the Hispanic market, after almost 7 years, and brings together the biggest hits of the last five XSPB albums, sung in Spanish.

The movie portrays the soul and real ambiance of Majuli, the largest river island on earth. The movie which opens with a soul pleasing shot of the river Brahmaputra with a ship ferrying, takes us to the river island and introduces us to the unvarying and routine life of Moukon, Luit, Simanta, Joi, Topon, and Bhaskar. Moukon, a young carefree girl finds herself at the center of some mysterious deaths after which she is socially considered a jinx.
