A notorious serial killer dubbed 'The Twin Torturer' has sporadically kidnapped, tortured and murdered at least eight victims in the past decade - all of them within a few hundred yards of each other.

Fifteen years after murdering his sister on Halloween Night 1963, Michael Myers escapes from a mental hospital and returns to the small town of Haddonfield, Illinois to kill again.
