Masaka Kubota plays high-school student Keita, who leads a secret life as a "network investigator" for a secret organization. In the introductory episode, Keita has moved to a new school in Tokyo but doesn't like it. His best friend from his previous school comes to Tokyo and they run away together. Passing through a construction site the pair are attacked by a robot, but are then saved by a man named Takimoto and his strange sidekick — a cell phone with arms and legs. This Buddy Keitai cell phone with "human intelligence capabilities" will go on sale in Japan in April.

45 years ago, a man was subjected to the experiments of the secret organization Shocker and became a cyborg. This investigation puts them against the "mastermind", Roidmude 027, who during battle manages to copy Drive's equipment, becoming Imitation Drive! Now facing the opponent who has all of his skills (not true) and is just as powerful (also not true), Shinnosuke doesn't know what to do, when Mr. Belt comes up with a novel idea - to upgrade all of Drive's equipment to much higher standards. And so, Kamen Rider Drive ascends into High Speed!

This is a Special DVD episode of Kamen Rider Drive, and the fifth special in the Secret Mission series. This special marks the return and final appearance of Zoruku Tojo as Kamen Rider Lupin after his defeat in Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider Drive & Gaim: Movie War Full Throttle.

To promote the Kamen Rider Fourze movie "Kamen Rider Fourze the Movie: Space, Here We Come!", Toei released this series of digital clips. A total of 28 webisodes were created, each divided into categories like the game show style "Horoscopes Ogiri" segment and "Shake Hands in the Rabbit Hatch". Two such categories like "Principal Hayami's Special Interview" and "Melancholy of Sarina Sonoda" serve to provide backstory for the main series.

The DVD is set before the Hyper Battle DVD, and features the content normally found in the Hyper Battle DVD (explaining the powers and weapons of the Kamen Riders), explained as Tachibana, with Ryusei and Gentaro's help, gathers the data of the 40 Astroswitches to find out what and where the mysterious mass of Cosmic Energy is.

To promote the film "Kamen Rider Wizard in Magic Land", Toei released a series of online webisodes, featuring several unbelievable stories. The Kamen Rider Cops films feature past Kamen Riders as part of Rinko's police force. The Kamen Rider Mage films feature Shunpei as the hero. The Search for Magic Riders! looks at past mystically-themed Kamen Riders. The Koyomi's Room: Premium films show Koyomi's various interests outside of helping Haruto.
