The latter defended the certificate three times before along with the SWA World Championship, first time against Saki Kashima at Stardom 10th Anniversary Grand Final Osaka Dream Cinderella on October 9, second time at Kawasaki Super Wars on November 3 against AZM, and against Konami at Tokyo Super Wars on November 27.

Upon learning of his illustrious lineage, Mayura dedicates himself to overthrow the Pallava yoke. Returning to Banavasi in the guise of a merchant Mayura builds an army and conquers both Banavasi and the Telugu speaking regions around Srishaila, thus building a vast kingdom.

This event was a part of UFC International Fight Week. The event was headlined by a UFC Women's Strawweight Championship bout between current champion Joanna Jędrzejczyk and top contender Cláudia Gadelha. The pair previously met at UFC on Fox: dos Santos vs. Miocic in December 2014, with Jędrzejczyk winning via split decision.

Final Battle 2018 takes place at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. In the main event, Jay Lethal will defend his ROH World Championship against Cody. SoCal Uncensored (Scorpio Sky & Frankie Kazarian) will defend their Tag Team titles against The Young Bucks and The Briscoes in Ladder War VII, and Page is challenging for Jeff Cobb's Television title. The Women of Honor World Championship will also be on the line as Sumie Sakai defends against Madison Rayne, Karen Q, and Kelly Klein in a four corner survival match. Also on the card: Marty Scurll faces Christopher Daniels (with Scurll's future ROH World Championship shot on the line), Matt Taven takes on Dalton Castle, Zack Sabre Jr. makes his ROH debut against Jonathan Gresham, Bully Ray and Flip Gordon's feud continues with an I Quit match, and Kenny King vs. Eli Isom opens the four-hour broadcast.

TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs was a professional wrestling PPV which took place on December 15, 2013, at the Toyota Center in Houston. The main event was a title unification match between Randy Orton and John Cena in a TLC match for the WWE Championship and World Heavyweight Championship. The titles were hung above the ring with the winner (the first to retrieve them) winning the newly dubbed WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Also on the car was a 3 on 1 Handicap match between the Wyatt Family & Daniel Bryan, The Miz vs Kofi Kingston in a No DQ match, R-Truth vs Brodus Clay, Big E Langston defending the Intercontinental Championship against Damien Sandow, AJ Lee defending the Divas Championship against Natalya, CM Punk vs The Shield in a 3 on 1 Handicap match, and a Fatal Fourway Tag Team Elimination match for the WWE Tag Team Titles between defending champs Cody Rhodes & Goldust and The Real Americans, Big Show & Mysterio, and Ryback & Curtis Axel.

New Year Dash!! is a professional wrestling event held annually by New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW). It is held every year the day after Wrestle Kingdom, the biggest show of the year for New Japan, starting at Wrestle Kingdom 8 in 2014. There have been eight events under the name held so far, with the traditional January 5 date. In 2020 and 2021, with Wrestle Kingdom a two night event, New Year Dash!! was held January 6. The event was not held in 2022, with the intended return to a one-day Wrestle Kingdom for 2023, the event will return to January 5.

The 30th TakeOver event under the NXT banner will feature Keith Lee defending his NXT Championship against Karrion Kross, and a five-man ladder match to determine a new North American Champion.
