He befriends Ra, a mummy with unraveling issues and Mantha, a zombie girl who keeps falling apart. When Casper discovers the two-headed headmaster's plot to use a petrification potion to turn Kibosh into stone and take over the Underworld and Deedstown, he and his new friends must stop him.

The resourceful Gólíat succeeds in locating Zero's hiding place, where he overhears part of Zero's newest plan. Although unable to get all the details, Gólíat reports to the station and it becomes clear that stopping Zero will be quite a challenge.

Parents from around the world hold a congress to discuss how to deal with their misbehaving children. All parents come together — only one set is missing, the parents of Sylvester, the best boy in the world. The congress decides to go see him so he can lead the other children by example. Sylvester is truly an exceptional child, but his "being good at all times and under all circumstances" somewhat gets out of hand.
