Max is a young and nimble provincial, not particularly burdened with morals and principles, who is energetically making a successful career in Moscow. He works in a recruiting agency, and his specialty is firing top managers, helping to squeeze out shares in companies and other similar routine business issues. Max's next task is to get rid of the chief programmer of a large IT company, Georgy. At first glance, it's a couple of days' work, because who is Zhora? A bearded boy of about 40, the embodiment of simplicity and harmlessness... But it turns out that this is a unique case, and firing Zhora is incredibly difficult! Especially considering how charming his stepsister is. Max will have to go through a lot of funny, touching and dangerous tests that will help him understand that there are other values in life besides career, money and real estate.
