In the spring of 2002, six of Denmark's best stand-up comedians joined forces under the name Den Ægte Vare. The goal was to show the audience six different styles in the original form of stand-up - completely stripped of “borrowed” jokes and clap-friendly song numbers. Through 24 shows, Varen delivered the goods in sold-out theaters across the country. The tour ended with 3 nights in the circus building, and this recording is the first of these shows.

Michael Schøt feels "Unhappily Informed" in new one-man show In his new stand-up show, Michael Schøt shares his despair over the overflow of information we are bombarded with every day. Like his previous shows, "Unhappily Informed" offers intelligent observations about the everyday life we live, translated into sharp and funny punchlines. Now Schøt is ready to give society another satirical twist. Michael himself says about the show: "Ulykkeligt Vidende is really the feeling I'm left with every time I open a newspaper, watch the news, or just go online. Now I know something new... that makes me furious! I think a lot of us feel that way." Look forward to an evening of intelligent comedy from the country's strongest social satirist.

Linda P is once again ready to come on stage. This time with a show called Linda P's talk show – including talk and show. The name comes from the fact that she once again wants to entertain her audience in the style of her show "The too big Linda P show".

Talegaver Til Børn celebrated its 15th anniversary in December 2007 with three sold-out shows at Forum. The FBI's annual charity show was produced in collaboration with Unicef. For 15 years, between Christmas and New Year's Eve, people have been able to laugh for a good cause in the company of the country's best stand-up comedians, and the 2007 shows definitely lived up to the success of previous years.

In 1998 at Sct. Jørgens Skole in Næstved, the then 14-year-old Heino Hansen wrote a Danish essay that had his class in stitches. The otherwise shy and anonymous Heino became the funniest kid in the class from then on, and Heino Hansen was born! Simon Talbot has just finished his epic tour with the show ‘Make Denmark Great Again’. Now the Danish comedian is setting his sights on world domination and touring Scandinavia with his brand new English-language stand-up show ‘Danish Invasion’. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the foreign shows were canceled, while the Danish part of the tour went ahead.

Things have been slow for too long now. Really slow. We need some speed - and Denmark gets it in Jakob Thrane's new comedy show.

In February 2006, one of Denmark's most prolific comedians, Thomas Hartmann, was on tour with his third one-man show, "Hartmann 3." The show showcased a new side of Hartmann. More relaxed, less angry, more pleasant, and just as funny. Word acrobat Thomas Hartmann loves quirky observations and playing with language, which has become one of his unique trademarks. This is fully emphasized on this atmospheric DVD, which was recorded in Falconer Salen with a more than enthusiastic audience.

Mick Øgendahl was also deservedly awarded “Comedian of the Year 2012” for SPAS at TV2's Comedy Gala.
