A supernatural menace has descended on the peaceful town of Woodsville Center! After a police chase with an otherworldly being, a New York City cop is recruited as an agent in a top-secret organization established to monitor and police alien activity on Earth: the Men in Black. The Narumi Detective Agency cook different original donburi meals, the "Hard-Boiledon" by Shotaro, the "Acceldon" by Ryu, and the "Doubledon" by Akiko, with Philip being the judge of the contest to discover what is inside the Dopant!

Set shortly after Kamen Rider W: Donburi's α/Farewell Beloved Recipe DVD, this video features the content normally found in the Hyper Battle DVD (explaining the powers and weapons of the Kamen Riders), revealed as Philip having come down with temporary amnesia after slipping on a hard-boiled egg and hitting his head.

The special event is a stage show held on December 20, 2009 at Shibuya C.C. Lemon Hall, to commemorate the release of the movie Kamen Rider x Kamen Rider W & Decade Movie Taisen 2010. It features the casts and song artists from the Kamen Rider W TV series.

Kamen Rider Fourze: FINAL EPISODE is the director's cut version of the combined episodes 47 & 48 with an additional audio commentary from Ryuki Takahashi, Fumika Shimizu, and director Koichi Sakamoto. It was released on DVD and Blu-ray on February 21, 2013.
