Invisible Faith

The film was shot as the final part of the play "Drink the sea, Xanthos" theatre-Studio "NEO" (St. Petersburg 1987-1989). As a result, the performance was changed and the film gained independence. He became an allegory of acting.

When a seemingly routine pizza delivery escalates into a tense game of cat-and-mouse, we soon realize that perhaps there's more to this story than first meets the eye. Giuseppe Verdi provides the soundtrack to this quintessential New York tale.

This one is modelled on the painting by Paul Delaroche and is an extension of the stage act known as “tableau vivant”.

Castuera, Spain, April 1939. During the night two Falangist Guards appear at the door of the house where Paz is taking refuge with her family. They request her presence at the police station.
