Stellar: A Magical Ride

Two spoiled Beverly Hills sisters who have been left penniless after their father's sudden death are forced to move in with their estranged aunt in East Los Angeles.

Thanasis (Giannis Gionakis) succumbs to the pressure of his wife (Kati Lambropoulou) and buys an old car that turns out to be a shame. Until he can get rid of it and take back his money, there will be a number of misunderstandings and confusions, comic situations, and emotional fools.

Based on the comic strip about the hopeless but lovable slacker Gaston who drives his colleagues crazy at the office.

Sala wants to buy a car, but because he has no money, he has to find other ways. This leads him into unconventional ways.

The youngest protagonist of the documentary is Wartburg, an automobile over 50 years of age. The car is still on the road, driven by Bogdan, a 70-year-old who is taking his mother to visit the German factory where she was forced to work during WWII. In this road movie which takes place between Majdanpek and Germany, the trip becomes a journey into the past, retracing memories from the war and revealing a unique relationship between an old son and his elderly mother.

Yusuke Kafuku, a stage actor and director, still unable, after two years, to cope with the loss of his beloved wife, accepts to direct Uncle Vanya at a theater festival in Hiroshima. There he meets Misaki, an introverted young woman, appointed to drive his car. In between rides, secrets from the past and heartfelt confessions will be unveiled.

The ethics board that reviewed his complaint about extortion now wants its share of the action. At his wit's end, he shoots the banker and then himself.
