Sometimes we get hooked on a place, a moment, or a person who’s gone. This film is about coming back, waiting, and asking yourself if you truly want something to happen—or if you're just in love with the memory of it.

“Sisters” is a deeply personal story about my journey back to my home country of Venezuela to investigate the possibility of a long lost sister.

This short documentary introduces us to a town where no one pays rent: Simoom Sound in central British Columbia, where loggers live on sturdy river craft. Every week there are visitors: the general storekeeper, the flying postman and most importantly, the forest ranger, who is ever alert to the threat of fire.

A family in rural area of West Java, Indonesia enjoys their time with 'Ngadu Bagong', a sundanese traditional game where dogs put to fight against a wild boar in a single event. Ngadu Bagong has always been some sort of animal abuse but it's been in the tradition for a long time. Ade Rohmat has been in the game for a long time; a hobby that he now passes on to his daughter, Ilma Nurjanah. The potentially controversial Ngadu Bagong has always brought intense emotion, prestige, and fortune upon its practicioners.

The Pretender is a short animated documentary that revisits the life of Attar of Nishapur during the Mongol invasions of the 13th century. Blending cinema with architecture and rock music, the film follows a symbolic journey through the Seven Cities of Love, where Attar reflects on the mystical insights of Sufi philosophy.
