Sir Thomas Sean Connery (August 25, 1930 – October 31, 2020) was a Scottish actor and producer who won an Academy Award, two BAFTA Awards (one being a BAFTA Academy Fellowship Award), and three Golden Globes, including the Cecil B. DeMille Award and a Henrietta Award. Connery was the first actor to portray the character James Bond in film, starring in seven Bond films (every film from Dr. No to You Only Live Twice, plus Diamonds Are Forever and Never Say Never Again), between 1962 and 1983. In 1988, Connery won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Untouchables. His films also include Marnie (1964), Murder on the Orient Express (1974), The Man Who Would Be King (1975), A Bridge Too Far (1977), Highlander (1986), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), The Hunt for Red October (1990), Dragonheart (1996), The Rock (1996), and Finding Forrester (2000). Connery was polled in a 2004 The Sunday Herald as "The Greatest Living Scot" and in a 2011 EuroMillions survey as "Scotland's Greatest Living National Treasure". He was voted by People magazine as both the “Sexiest Man Alive" in 1989 and the "Sexiest Man of the Century” in 1999. Sasa Handa

Biography

Sasa Handa is a Japanese model, actress and former AV Idol who was born on April 18, 1985 in Okinawa, Japan. She has also used the name Chieri Haruyama. Under the name Chieri Haruyama she appeared in a number of wrestling catfight videos beginning in September 2003. The DVD series, Idol Fight MetoMix, was produced from full-length live wrestling tournaments with the women attired in bikinis. She appeared in volumes 1-2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 of the series released over the period from September 2003 to October 2004. She also starred in a number of "gravure" videos starting at least as early as December 2003 with the DVD release Computer Angels Vol. 2. By August 2005, she was using the name Sasa Handa and was featured in the erotic horror V-Cinema film Onna Onmyōji - Jain kakusei directed by Shōji Tsuyoshi and released by TMC. Handa also appeared in other media including a regular role in the TV show Yarisugi kōji as well as appearances on the TV Asahi variety show Kusano Kid and the TV Tokyo documentary Kyuuyo meisai. In February 2006 she appeared in the movie Tōkyō Daigaku Monogatari as the character Eri Suzuki, in what was her first nude role. Tōkyō Daigaku Monogatari was produced by the adult video studio Soft On Demand and soon afterwards that studio announced that Handa had signed with them as an AV actress. She made her AV debut with SOD in July 2006 with the video Debut. Despite only performing in AV for the second half of 2006, Handa received a number of awards for that year's work. Additionally, All About AV columnist Kemuta Otsubo picked Handa as #3 on his list of the ten top AV actresses for 2006. In addition to continuing her AV career, in 2007 Handa also appeared in the role of Koichi Omote in three V-Cinema releases of the popular erotic comedy action series Kekko Kamen: Kekko Kamen Royale, Kekko Kamen Premium and Kekko Kamen Forever. Her co-star in the series was fellow AV actress Maria Ozawa. She was also a featured player in the May 2007 theatrical movie, Zero Woman R, part of the Zero Woman film series. Later in 2007, Handa starred in the V-Cinema erotic horror production Undead Pool, also known as Attack Girls Swim Team vs the Unliving Dead, which was released in Japan in December 2007 and with English subtitles in the US in December 2008. Bruno Nuytten (born 28 August 1945 in Melun, Seine-et-Marne, Île-de-France) is a French cinematographer turned director. Camille Claudel which was Nuytten's first directorial and screenwriting effort, won the César Award for Best film in 1989. The film starred and was co-produced by Isabelle Adjani, with whom he had a son, Barnabé. Adjani won the Silver Bear for Best Actress at the 39th Berlin International Film Festival for her role in the film. His sophomore directorial effort, Albert Souffre, though also a heavily emotional movie, was set in contemporary times. His 2000 film, Passionnément, starred Charlotte Gainsbourg. His films as cinematographer include Les Valseuses, Barocco, La Meilleure façon de marcher, The Bronte Sisters, Brubaker, Garde à vue, Possession, Fort Saganne, So Long, Stooge (Tchao Pantin), Jean de Florette and Manon des Sources (US title: Manon of the Spring). He won the César Award for Best Cinematography in 1977 and 1984, and was nominated in 1980, 1982, 1985 and 1987. He is currently a professor at France's national film school La Fémis. Gloria Lynne Henry

Biography

Gloria Lynne Henry was born in Detroit. Her acting career started very early as she has been performing on stage since the age of eight. After receiving her B.F.A. in theater arts at Wayne State University in Detroit, Gloria helped to create a children's' theater program at Detroit's Attic theater. She has also traveled with the international group 'Up With People', on its European tour and performed in Equity playhouses across the United States. Her first experience in front of the camera was in a small role in the TV movie Bare Essence (1982), but it was not until 1994 when she got recognition from Horror/Sci-Fi fans worldwide after co-starring in Phantasm III: Lord of the Dead (1994). Don Coscarelli gave her the role of Rocky mainly because of her tough look and the fact that she was a student of the martial arts. To date, it remains as her most important cinematic performance and even nowadays she keeps going to Horror conventions and Phantasm reunions to meet her numerous fans. Since her appearance in Phantasm III: Lord of the Dead (1994), Gloria had a couple of brief roles in The Devil's Advocate (1997) and in The Horse Whisperer (1998). More recently, she's been working in a variety of national commercials. In addition to her acting work, Gloria has also performed as lead singer in the critically acclaimed funk/rock band 'Chatter', which was originally formed by her cousin Brian Hardgroove, who has extensive music credits. Gloria Lynne Henry currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband and son.

Jeffrey Duncan Jones (born September 28, 1946, 6 feet 4 inches [1.94 m]) is an American character actor, best known for his roles as Emperor Joseph II in Amadeus (1984), Edward R. Rooney in Ferris Bueller's Day Off (1986), Charles Deetz in Beetlejuice (1988), Dr. Skip Tyler in The Hunt for Red October (1990), Eddie Barzoon in The Devil's Advocate (1997), and A. W. Merrick in both Deadwood (2004–2006) and Deadwood: The Movie (2019). Jones was born in Buffalo, New York, and studied acting at the Putney School, the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, and Lawrence University. He began his acting career in small parts in film and television in the 1970s. In his best-known roles as Emperor Joseph II in Amadeus, Charles Deetz in Beetlejuice, and Edward R. Rooney in Ferris Bueller's Day Off, his dead-pan expression and distinctive face bring a comic flavor to his characters through their reactions to the situations in which they find themselves, more so than the wit in their scripted lines. Jones has also had a successful career on stage, appearing in productions of The Crucible, The Importance of Being Earnest, and The Glass Menagerie.
