The plot is built around the traditional meeting of old friends in the bath and subsequent events. Musical stars, actors and comedians act out the most recognizable scenes from their favorite New Year's Soviet films and perform songs familiar to everyone.

Her life story also portrays an era in our American cultural heritage that has largely been underserved in the documentary film genre. Texas-born Olga Samaroff a.k.a. Lucy Hickenlooper lived at a time when music was dominated by men and Old World prejudices----and she emerged as a leader among many. Against tremendous odds she rose from complete obscurity to be the most successful American woman concert pianist of the early 20th Century.

The film chronicles the life of the worldwide pop phenomenon who continues to tear up the charts whilst remaining to melt hearts around the world.

An attractive montage of a vivid and often tense highlights from the soccer field ... Headers, fouls, dribbling, runs, goalmouth dramas are juxtaposed, slowed down, repeated and at the same time embellished acoustically in such an apt and lively manner by the music of the leading German jazz and rock guitarist Volker Kriegel, that even the viewer spoilt by live soccer will enjoy seeing it. The artistes of the bid ball become leading dancers at the penalty mark. Slow motion, animation, modification or restriction of color further lend emphasis to the close interaction with the musical movements, achieving a positive unity, regardless weather attention is focussed on the goalkeeper, on team play, on vigorous tackling or on goalmouth excitement, which are all synchronized in sequence form with the musical sections. Set in the 60's in a provincial town: four high school teenagers approach graduation, but all they think about are The Beatles.

Roy is a rich man’s son who want to be free and mixes around with musicians at a nightclub. Tengku Aziz’s daughter is engaged to Tengku Johan. Tangku Aziz employs Tengku Johan as his company’s executive director. Roy sees Rina arguing with Tengku Johan. Rina notices him and she goes to the club often to get to know Roy. Tengku Johan comes to know about his fiancee’s relationship with Roy. He informs Tengku Aziz and urges him to bring forward the wedding date. Tengku Johan places a bet of RM 5000 to see if Roy can win her within a month Rina resents being used that way.

Desa loves his mother and the piece of land which has mortgaged by his late father when he was involved in local politics. To Desa, life is meaning less if he cannot even prevent the land from falling into the hands of someone else. He needs money to redeem the land. His friend, Lazim suggests that he should go to Kuala Lumpur where he can earn some money with his singing talent. Desa fails to adapt to city life and returns to the village.
