Axel Foley returns to the land of sunshine and palm trees to investigate the near-fatal shooting of police Captain Andrew Bogomil. With the help of Sgt. Taggart and Det. Rosewood, they soon uncover that the shooting is associated with a series of "alphabet" robberies masterminded by a heartless weapons kingpin—and the chase is on.

Anna is persuaded by her boyfriend Paul to move from Berlin to his home town of Imma. What the notorious soccer hater doesn't know, however, is that joining his best friend Steffen's law firm is just a pretext. A dinosaur egg turns up in Schmuddelfing and an incredibly cute baby dinosaur hatches out. The Olchis and their friends now see it as their responsibility to protect the baby from curious explorers and treasure hunters. With the help of a mysterious time machine, they embark on an action-packed adventure to bring the baby dinosaur safely back to its own time and find its parents.
