A series of rare Max Fleischer sound cartoon shorts released by animation historian Jerry Beck. Fleischer was a pioneer in the development of the animated cartoon and served as the head of Fleischer Studios. On Groundhog Day, Porky Pig goes hunting groundhogs and takes his dopey dog, Mandrake. They soon encounter Grover Groundhog, who is none too thrilled to be the objective of a hunter on his big day.
