Carl, an old mushroom person, was heading home when he saw a newly born mushroom named Belle. Although Carl didn't want anything to do with her, he reluctantly felt obligated to help her find her parents.

This is an Australian made-for-television animated film from Burbank Films Australia. The film is an adaptation on Jules Verne's classic French novel, Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea (1870).
