Next, a guitarist sitting in the park uses the noises made by people nearby as percussion to play along with. Then a man is insulted by a basketball. In another vignette, people begin singing and dancing while covering each other with food. Finally, a fisherman learns a very unorthodox method of catching fish.

Narrow streets of the village carry vital parts to watches and nowdays also into human bodies, for example pacemakers. Village is formed as a big factory line and appears as a time-twisting machine. There pieces are refined and workers hands turns the time on and off.

In a spooky hotel on the coast of France, two bands of crooks are working independently of the other in an attempt to steal the inherited fortune of an American girl, Sue Tally. Along the way the heiress is kidnapped, three murders are committed, a girl appears in two places at once, mysterious persons roam about the old hotel at night and mysteriously disappear, and there is a hidden room without any doors.
