This is the 2019 summer movie for Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger. It is twin-billed with the summer movie for Kamen Rider Zi-Oi: Kamen Rider Zi-O: Over Quartzer!. It will feature the debut of Ryusoul Gattai Kishiryuzin.

Space Squad: Space Sheriff Gavan VS Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger features the return of Yuma Ishigaki from 2012’s Space Sheriff Gavan: The Movie and the 2015 Space Sheriff Next Generation films. Girls in Trouble: Space Squad Episode Zero is an installment in the Toei Company V-Cinema series. Kamen Rider 4 is a web series which was released as an accompanying special to the film Super Hero Taisen GP: Kamen Rider 3. Soon after, moma and papa Gappa start smashing Tokyo looking for their kidnapped child.

"Kamen Rider SD: Strange!? Kumo Otoko" is an animated OVA based on the gag manga Kamen Rider SD: Hurricane Legend. This cute and comedic short movie features chibi versions of the Showa Era Kamen Riders, as they team up against the evil GranShocker organization, while Kamen Rider Black RX tries to confess his love to female sports instructor Michiru.

This is the first film adaptation of the Ultraman Ginga TV series. It was released as a double-bill with Mega Monster Rush: Ultra Frontier - Dino-Tank Hunting. Chronologically it takes place between Episode 6 & 7 of the Ultraman Ginga TV show.
