"DingDong Challenge: The reason why you shouldn't do dance challenge carelessly", "Four Legged Beast: Story of meeting a doppelganger with broken neck", "Jackpot: what happened when I took a taxi nearby", "The Residents-Only Gym: A woman who appears after 10 PM", "Rehabilitation: Cruel clinical trials currenly underway in the lab", and "Gluttony: The strange things that happened during a live broadcast."

Return to Horror Hotel is an anthology feature with 4 segments. One is about giant a bedbugs, one is about a magical charm that turns girls beautiful, one is about a WWII sailor who hasn't aged and one is about a terrorizing severed hand.

"Babygirl" follows a psycho who wishes to raise his victim as a baby. "Goodnight Darling" follows a daughter suspicious that her mother is different. "Beast of Prey" features a woman attempting to evade a monster. "Changeling" follows a mother with a mysterious child. "Night Swim" a woman at a pool sees spirits. "Polaroid" follows a man as he uses a camera in self-defense. "Landgraves" features a man interviewing a metal band accused of murder. "Every Night I See Them" follows a man trying to keep himself awake. "Mommy" makes dinner while watching her child on a camera.

The morning after, the dentist is found murdered in the clinic. All fingers point to the chef who happens to be mentally unstable. Little do the police know that the real culprit is still at large.

In the late 90s, filmmakers William Hellfire and Pete Jacelone collaborated on a series of custom death fetish shorts. While primarily aiming to satiating the bizarre proclivities of their unknown clients, the pair also conspired to link the unrelated shorts together with an obtuse story thread and reoccurring characters, all with the hopes of eventually cutting the footage together as a feature length anthology film. Unfortunately the project was never completed and the footage has languished in the vaults for nearly 20 years... until now.

Three stories adapted from the work of Edgar Allen Poe: 1) A man and his daughter are reunited, but the blame for the death of his wife hangs over them, unresolved. 2) A derelict challenges the local wine-tasting champion to a competition, but finds the man's attention to his wife worthy of more dramatic action. 3) A man dying and in great pain agrees to be hypnotized at the moment of death, with unexpected consequences.
