Mohamed Shawqi

Biography

An Egyptian actor, born in the Bulaq Abu El-Ela neighborhood in Cairo in 1915, graduated from the Saidia School and worked after graduation as an employee in Assiut, but he liked to work more in the field of art, so he joined the theater of Munira al-Mahdia and sang with her in the play (Bride of the East) in 1937. As for About acting, Muhammad Shawqi started it after joining Ali Al-Kassar's band after a test he took and remained with it until its dissolution in 1946, after which he joined the teams of Shkoku and Najeeb Al-Rihani. In addition to his theatrical work, Mohamed Shawky presented to the cinema more than 250 films, the most famous of them are: (Love in the Dungeon, Sugar Hanim, Black Candles, The Crazy in Naim). Denise Tantucci

Biography

Before entering the entertainment world, Denise began studying theater with maestro Mauro Pierfederici in her hometown. At 15 she moved to Rome to study acting at the Yvonne D'Abbraccio Academy. She began her career in the role of Giusy in the fifth season of Play It Again (Play It Again), the teacher and part of Daphne in the ninth season of Don Matteo (Don Mateo). In August 2013 she was chosen to play the character of Giada Spanoi, an Albanian girl in search of parents who emigrated a long time ago, in Un Medico in Famiglia 9 (A Family Doctor 9) - (ninth season). In the series she falls in love with the son of the new doctor in the family, Tommaso "Tommy" Martini. At the same time she dedicated herself to singing and writing. In 2012 she released her first song: Dressed in Blood, in October 2013 she published her first book of poetry: Fantasticherie e congetture (Dreams and conjectures), published by Aletti Editore. In 2014 she wrote and produced her first show, Un Doppio Legame (A Double Link), which was staged in September. In the same year she joined the cast of the second season of Braccialetti Rossi and in the third of Fuoriclasse (Champion). In September she plays the movie Ma tu di che segno 6? (But you, what sign are you), Directed by Neri Parenti, released in theaters on December 11, 2014. In 2015 she continues her film experience, she joined the cast of the international film Ben-Hur, a remake of the famous Ben-Hur by William Wyler. She will reprise the role of Nina, also in the third season of Braccialetti Rossi.

Sean Connery

Sir Thomas Sean Connery (August 25, 1930 – October 31, 2020) was a Scottish actor and producer who won an Academy Award, two BAFTA Awards (one being a BAFTA Academy Fellowship Award), and three Golden Globes, including the Cecil B. DeMille Award and a Henrietta Award. Connery was the first actor to portray the character James Bond in film, starring in seven Bond films (every film from Dr. No to You Only Live Twice, plus Diamonds Are Forever and Never Say Never Again), between 1962 and 1983. In 1988, Connery won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in The Untouchables. His films also include Marnie (1964), Murder on the Orient Express (1974), The Man Who Would Be King (1975), A Bridge Too Far (1977), Highlander (1986), Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), The Hunt for Red October (1990), Dragonheart (1996), The Rock (1996), and Finding Forrester (2000). Connery was polled in a 2004 The Sunday Herald as "The Greatest Living Scot" and in a 2011 EuroMillions survey as "Scotland's Greatest Living National Treasure". He was voted by People magazine as both the “Sexiest Man Alive" in 1989 and the "Sexiest Man of the Century” in 1999. He received a lifetime achievement award in the United States with a Kennedy Center Honor in 1999. Connery was knighted in the 2000 New Year Honours for services to film drama. Robert Townsend

Biography

Robert Townsend (born February 6, 1957) is an American actor, director, comedian, and writer. Townsend is best known for directing the films Hollywood Shuffle (1987), Eddie Murphy Raw (1987), The Meteor Man (1993), The Five Heartbeats (1991) and various other films and stand-up specials. He is especially known for his eponymous self-titled character, Robert Peterson as the starring role as on The WB sitcom The Parent 'Hood (1995–1999), a series which he created and of which directed select episodes. Townsend is also known for his role as Donald "Duck" Matthews in his 1991 film The Five Heartbeats. He later wrote, directed and produced Making The Five Heartbeats (2018), a documentary film about the production process and behind the scenes insight into creating the film. Townsend is also known for his production company Townsend Entertainment which has produced films Playin' for Love, In the Hive and more. During the 1980s and early–1990s, Townsend gained national exposure through his stand-up comedy routines and appearances on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson. Jason Statham (born July 26, 1967) is an English actor. He is known for portraying characters in various action-thriller films who are typically tough, hardboiled, gritty, or violent. Statham began practicing Chinese martial arts, kickboxing, and karate recreationally in his youth while working at local market stalls. An avid footballer and diver, he was a member of Britain's national diving team and competed for England in the 1990 Commonwealth Games. Shortly after, he was asked to model for French Connection, Tommy Hilfiger, and Levi's in various advertising campaigns. His past history working at market stalls inspired his casting in the Guy Ritchie crime films Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels (1998) and Snatch (2000). Holger Munk

Biography

Holger Munk (Andersen) begyndte i 1947 at læse hos Einar Juhl og blev uddannet på Det Kongelige Teaters elevskole 1948-1950. I denne periode spillede han mindre roller bl.a. i "Omstigning til paradis" og "Den stundesløse". Samtidig fik han sin sangstemme uddannet. Efter afgangsprøven blev han engageret til Aarhus Teater med debut i "Sankt Hansaften-spil". Han fik sit gennembrud i Riddersalen i 1950erne. Siden var han free lance skuespiller, fx havde han roller i "Nitouche" og "Napoleons vaskepige" på Det Ny Scala i 1958. Fra 1960-66 var han en af hovedkræfterne på Aalborg Teater med elskerroller i "Ruths bog" og "Vildfuglen" og "Helligtrekongersaften" og som den rare bøsse i "En duft af honning" i 1960 og med komiske roller som Barberen i "Folk og røvere i Kardemomme by" i 61 og Fyrstinde Grace i "Gidslet" og "Jean de France" i 62, men også alvorlige som Pateren i "Andorra" og som Baronen i "Båndet" i 64. Han var også en dygtig lærer på elevskolen. Og siden har han haft engagementer på Nørrebros Teater, Gladsaxe Teater, Betty Nansen Teatret og Folketeatret. Fra 1972-1984 var han teaterleder på det turnerende Hvidovre Teater, hvor han skabte en lang række bemærkelsesværdige forestillinger. Derefter etablerede han sit eget turneteater - Motivteatret - som dog kun kom til at vare i tre år. I slutningen af 1980erne og op gennem 1990erne medvirkede han i en række forestillinger på Aarhus Teater og siden på Det kgl. Teater, bl.a. i "Richard III", "Don Carlos" og "Sparekassen". Udover medvirken i en række film har han også medvirket i TV-serier som "Taxa" og "Hvide løgne", ligesom han har lagt stemme til flere tegnefilm. Han har medvirket i en lang række hørespil samt haft mange oplæsninger. Han har desuden haft instruktøropgaver ved teater og radio. Holger Munk medvirkede såvel i danske film som i udenlandske produktioner. Uden for teatret har Holger Munk siden 50erne dyrket sit talent for malerkunsten og han har udstillet på museer, gallerier og i kunstforeninger, ligesom hans værker indgår i såvel offentlige som private samlinger i en lang række lande. Holger Munk giftede sig med skuespillerinden Susanne Bruun Koppel den 4. juni 1963 i Budolfi Kirke, Aalborg.

Bob Amsberry

Biography

Bob Amsberry was born in Boring, Oregon. He worked as a radio disc jockey for KEX in Portland for eight years before getting his chance in television almost by accident. Bob was brought to Hollywood by Walt Disney to write songs for The Mickey Mouse Club (1955). He did so well that when the time came to add another entertainer with Jimmie Dodd and Roy Williams on the Mouseketeers segment of "The Mickey Mouse Club", the job was offered to Bob. In addition to his acting chores on the show, Bob also handled some special sound effects and donned whiteface and costume to star as Bob-O, the Disneyland clown at Disneyland (interesting bit of trivia: while a student at Franklin High School in Portland, he did musical shows with Johnnie Ray, a classmate who later became a famous singer. The interesting part is that Bob did the singing while Johnnie played the piano). Bob met his wife Beverly at station KEX and they had two children, Kevin and Kelly. Beverly was a blues singer and once won a contest on Ted Mack & the Original Amateur Hour (1948).

In 2013, starred as protagonist in the telenovelaCorazón Indomable, produced by Nathalie Lartilleux with Ana Brenda Contreras. Arenas confirmed they will protagonist of Pablo in the 2014 telenovela to be produced Nathalie Lartilleux, La Gata with Maite Perroni, Erika Buenfil, and Laura Zapata.

Fom Wikipedia Coit Albertson (October 14, 1880 – December 13, 1953) was an American silent film actor. Edward Coit Albertson was born in Reading, Pennsylvania, the son of George and Elizabeth (née Stock) Albertson, and began his acting career on Broadway, where, among other productions, he played in Stubborn Cinderella. Eventually he became a leading man of the 1920s, and was well known for his many character roles in motion pictures.
