The Proposal

Made exclusively for the Hail to the King Tribute Show at Finder Creepers in Des Moines, Iowa. A surreal and non linear adaptation of the short story "Jerusalem's Lot". It was shown for exactly one month from January 22nd, 2011 to February 22nd, 2011.

A woman’s lover and her ex-boyfriend take justice into their own hands after she becomes the victim of a rapist. Because some acts can’t be undone. Because man is an animal. Because the desire for vengeance is a natural impulse. Because most crimes remain unpunished.

Like a joke, Carlos and Dani upload a video to youtube, about two erasmus guys apparently drunk, who lived in the same dormitory in Croatia, and who left behind their HDD full of videos. In the HDD they found that the videos were difficult to play, with interferences and errors. But they discover that somebody is following to the last year's guys. Black suit, black tie, white face, Slenderman is chasing new victims, and he will never stop. Always watching, no eyes.

In 2007, a series of tapes were found in the basement of a London house. The tapes contained recordings made by a well known medium right up to the time of her death. She recorded the voices of the dead, one claiming to be the Devil himself.
